Earning Through Conversation: BlockGPT Launches 'Chat to Earn' Blockchain AI Service

Web3 company BlockGPT made headlines with its recent launch on May 11, introducing a 'chat to earn' AI service and an associated blockchain ecosystem.

BlockGPT's goal is to construct a decentralized, token-governed AI chatbot on the blockchain, akin to the functionalities of OpenAI’s ChatGPT. Alongside this launch, the company has issued two types of tokens: a governance token named BGPT and a meme token titled AIBGPT. Both tokens are constructed on PancakeSwap, a decentralized exchange facilitating the trade of BEP-20 tokens.

In addition to the token offerings, BlockGPT is launching a 'chat to earn' reward system. This innovative approach enables users to garner nonfungible tokens (NFTs) and token prizes by actively engaging in chat sessions with the AI model.

The company's white paper, available on the BlockGPT website, reveals that more than six generative pre-trained transformer (GPT) models are operational on the platform, trained using a proprietary dataset. While the paper doesn't specify the dataset's size or the model's technical details, it does emphasize that the AI was trained to handle blockchain-related inquiries.

BlockGPT's AI model is designed to process and answer a broad array of questions pertaining to blockchain technology, having been trained on an extensive dataset of blockchain-related information, resources, and research papers.

Furthermore, the paper indicates that the BlockGPT model will empower developers to activate 'on-chain AI inference' via its core AI Inference Engine. The company has employed the Synapse engine to offer a robust framework for the creation of DApps and smart contracts that exploit AI technology.
